Ingredients
Our candles are made with a blend of coco soy wax for a superior, cleaner, longer lasting candle, with a strong scent throw. Our braided cotton wicks are engineered to be dense in structure providing a clean, consistent, slow-burning flame. We use high quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils to create a luxurious experience.
Coconut Soy Wax: We use a blend of 70% coconut wax, 30% soy wax and a minuscule amount of food grade paraffin. Coconut wax is an eco-friendly, sustainable, biodegradable plant based wax. It is non-GMO, derived from cold-pressed coconut oil. It has a creamy white texture, low melting point for a longer burn; is clean burning with excellent sent throw. Soy wax is a natural, biodegradable, renewable wax derived from soybean oil. It is know for it's clean burning properties. Food Grade Paraffin is highly refined to remove impurities and heavy metals. It complies with strict food safety regulation and is typically used for fruit and vegetable coatings, to add gloss to chocolate and candies, used in chewing gum, used in parchment and wax paper, etc.
Braided Cotton Wicks: Our braided cotton wicks are made with 100% natural fibers; zinc and lead free. They have a dense structure design that reduces carbon buildup and ensures a stable, consistent flame.
Phthalate-Free Fragrances: Phthalate-free fragrances are synthetic or natural oil blends produced without diethyl phthalate. Phthalates are a group of chemicals with different uses and applications; the most common being in the manufacturing of plastics to make them more flexible and durable. Phthalates can be found in pharmaceuticals, building materials, cleaning products and household goods. Diethyl Phthalates have historically been used in fragrances oils to increase the scent throw, especially in soy wax. More research has been done on the effects of diethyl phthalate on human health, namely endocrine disruption, increased risk of breast cancer, fertility issues, and other health problems. That's why we are proud to use phthalate-free fragrances.
