Hi, my name is Trish.  I am the owner and maker at Downeast Candle Company.  

Downeast Candle was born out of a love for creativity and candles. 

The history, science, and chemistry of candle making is interesting; the creativity of blending fragrances and finding the perfect jar brings is all together.  What started as a hobby became a passionate business endeavor, and I am happy to share it with you.
